The wood warranty covers termite damage only and does not cover other types of damage.
The cushion warranty covers sagging under normal usage conditions and does not cover fabric damage, stains, cuts, or accidental damage.
Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by exposure to moisture, water, excessive heat, direct sunlight, or unsuitable environmental conditions is not covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear, minor variations in wood grain, colour, texture, and finish are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims are subject to product inspection and verification by Mandovi Furnitures and Interiors.
Repair or replacement of eligible components will be decided by Mandovi Furnitures and Interiors in accordance with the applicable warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover transportation, relocation, or handling damage after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any warranty claim must be reported to Mandovi Furnitures and Interiors with the purchase invoice and relevant photographs or supporting details.
The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
